General Requirements

  • Company Registration

    Must be a registered corporate entity with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

  • Tax Clearance

    Valid tax clearance certificate for the company and its directors.

  • Site Analysis Report

    A detailed report on the proposed site location, including coordinates and environmental impact assessment.

Required Documents

Application Letter

Formal application addressed to the Director-General of OYSAA.

Site Photographs

Clear photographs of the proposed site from at least four different angles.

Structural Drawings

Engineering drawings certified by a COREN registered engineer.

Insurance Policy

Third-party insurance policy covering the proposed structure.
